Tangible Memories

I've always been captivated by objects that serve as containers for preserving the past or the future. In my view, the camera film and cassette tape embody these roles, capturing moments visually through images and the other encapsulating an auditory journey through sounds.

The fear of forgetting resonates with me deeply. Forgetting, an uncontrollable and passive process, becomes particularly disquieting when it involves memories of my late grandmother.

I think the way I am keeping my memory in analog objects plays a role as a reminder that these moments were undeniably real, and tangible.
